Yes, one of the advantages of using hyaluronic acid fillers is that they are reversible. The filler will dissolve by itself over time, but if a quicker reduction is required, an enzyme called hyaluronidase can be injected to dissolve the filler.

The amount of filler to be injected varies greatly based on the individual's anatomy and desired results. This will be determined during your initial consultation with your doctor. An average patient is treated with 9 to 15 millilitres (cc)of filler. The minimum volume for an initial treatment is 6 millilitres (cc) of filler. The patient may request more volume during the same procedure depending on their preferred result. Additional volume may also be added in increments at follow-up or subsequent appointments.

The procedure is performed under local anesthesia to minimize any potential discomfort. Most patients report feeling mild pressure during the injections but no significant pain. After the procedure your penis will feel 'bruised' but would not be extremely painful. Most patients do not require any pain medication after the procedure.

Non-surgical penis enlargement with dermal fillers is a minimally invasive procedure that will allow you to go back to your scheduled activities immediately. While the procedure does not require significant downtime, it is advised to refrain from certain vigorous activities, particularly sexual activity, for about two weeks (sometimes more) after the procedure to allow for optimal healing and tissue integration. Your doctor will discuss post treatment care with you in detail.

After the procedure, you must follow post-care instructions. You will have full use of your penis with no changes in your regular physiological functions. Your penis will be wrapped for a few days and you will need to abstain from sexual activity for two weeks (sometimes more). In the first few days it will be important to avoid pressure onto the the filler and to ensure adequate hygiene. Your doctor will provide you with post-care instructions.

Although extremely rare, as with any medical procedure, there are potential risks, including (but not limited to) minor swelling, bruising, scarring, bleeding, infection, or an allergic/immune reaction to the filler. These, as well as any other risks, will be thoroughly discussed during your pre-treatment consultation.
