This variability depends largely on the individual's metabolism (among other external factors), as the body naturally breaks down the injected filler over time. Required Volume of Filler:

The quantity of filler necessary differs greatly based on individual anatomy and desired aesthetic results. This will be determined during your initial consultation. The average patient is treated with 9 to 15 ml/cc. The minimum initial treatment volume is 6ml/cc.

Pain During the Procedure:

​

Local anesthesia is used during the procedure to minimize discomfort. Most patients report feeling mild pressure during the injections but no significant pain. Any concerns about pain or discomfort can be discussed during your consultation.

Post-Procedure Downtime:

​

While the procedure does not necessitate significant downtime, it's advisable to abstain from sexual activity for approximately two weeks (or more, if needed) post-procedure. This allows optimal healing and effective integration of the filler into the tissue. Dermal filler is very sensitive to external pressure during the first few weeks after the procedure. During these times, extra precautions and monitoring are needed. You will be able to return to your daily activities after the procedure with no need for medical leave.

Post-Procedure Care:

Following the procedure, you will need to adhere to the aftercare instructions. Your penis will be bandaged for a few days, and sexual activity or any external stimulation or pressure should be avoided for at least two weeks (or more, if needed.)

Still, it is essential to know that complications and adverse events could occur during or after any procedure. Though rare, potential risks include minor swelling, discomfort, infection, bruising, or an allergic/immune reaction to the filler.
