Travel Rebate Program Details
Supporting Your Journey to Confidence
At the Enhancement Institute, we recognize our patients' dedication to seeking treatment, particularly when travelling to our Vancouver clinic. To express our appreciation and support your commitment to quality treatment from an experienced provider, we are pleased to announce the launch of our Travel Rebate Program, effective 1 September 2024.
Who Qualifies?
Eligibility: Patients travelling from outside the Vancouver area, including those driving from outside the Lower Mainland in British Columbia, who undergo procedures totalling C$3,000 or more qualify for our travel rebate. This rebate is intended to support patients who have already made the decision to proceed with treatment based on their personal health goals. It is crucial to emphasize that this rebate should not influence your decision-making process but is instead a gesture of support after your informed decision has been made.
Rebate Details
-
C$200 Air Canada Gift Card: For patients flying to Vancouver, we provide a C$200 gift card for Air Canada. This gift card can be used for future travel and is non-transferable, with no cash value. It is subject to Air Canada's terms and conditions.
-
C$200 Gas Gift Card: For those driving to our clinic from outside the Lower Mainland, we offer a C$200 gas gift card. This card will be from a major Canadian gas provider. It is subject to the terms and conditions of the gift card issuer and only applicable for use within Canada.
How It Works
-
Make your decision regarding your procedure independently from this travel rebate program.
-
Complete Your Procedure: The rebate program is available for treatments of C$3,000 or more, with a limit of one travel rebate per visit.
-
Submit Your Travel Proof: After your procedure, provide proof of travel, such as a flight itinerary, boarding pass, or gas receipts, within one week of your procedure date.
-
Receive Your Gift Card: After verifying your eligibility and receiving your travel proof, we will process your rebate and send your gift card within 30 business days. In most cases, the gift cards are digital.
Our Commitment to Your Care
At the Enhancement Institute, your health and well-being are our top priorities. The decision to undergo any procedure should be based solely on thorough discussions with our medical professionals and your personal health goals. We encourage you to seek a second opinion and carefully consider all medical advice before proceeding with any treatment. Our Travel Rebate Program is a gesture of support, not an incentive to pursue procedures.
Transparency and Trust
We are committed to providing you with clear, straightforward information about our services. While pricing estimates are not displayed on our website, they are readily available upon request through our contact form. The Travel Rebate Program, effective today, is one way we aim to make your experience with us as seamless and supportive as possible. However, this rebate should not influence your decision to undergo treatment. We advise you to make decisions based on the quality of care and your individual health needs.
Next Steps
If you plan to travel to Vancouver for your procedure, please inform us during your consultation or via email. We encourage you to ask any questions you may have about the Travel Rebate Program to ensure you fully understand how it works and how we can assist you. Participation in this program is voluntary and is not a condition for receiving care.
