At the Enhancement Institute, we understand that travelling for medical treatments can be challenging. To support our patients visiting our Vancouver clinic for injectable treatments, we are pleased to offer the Travel Support Program, effective 1 September 2024.

Who Qualifies?

Eligibility:

All patients travelling from outside the Vancouver area for injectable treatments are eligible for the Travel Support Program. This includes those driving from outside the Lower Mainland in British Columbia. Consultations are conducted virtually and do not require travel.

Please Note: The Travel Support Program is available once per calendar year per patient.

Support Details

• Travel Assistance Voucher (C$200):

  • For Air Travelers: Receive a C$200 Air Canada voucher to assist with airfare. (Subject to airline terms and conditions.)

  • For Drivers: Receive a C$200 gas voucher, redeemable with a major Canadian gas supplier at the clinic’s discretion. (Subject to terms and conditions.)

How It Works

1. Schedule Your Free Virtual Consultation:
   Arrange your virtual consultation to discuss treatment options with our medical professionals.

2. Make Your Decision Independently:
   Take the time you need to make an informed decision about proceeding with treatment.

3. Schedule and Attend Your Injectable Treatment:
   If you decide to proceed, book your injectable treatment at our Vancouver clinic and attend your appointment.

4. Apply for Travel Support After Your Visit:
   After your appointment, submit your application for the Travel Support Program within two weeks of your appointment date.

5. Provide Proof of Travel: Include travel documents (e.g., boarding passes or petrol receipts) to confirm your travel from outside the Vancouver area.

6. Receive Your Travel Voucher:
   Upon verification, your travel voucher will be sent within 20 business days to assist with your travel expenses.
