Acceptance and related policies

These terms govern your use of the Enhancement Institute website, operated by DR. EBEN NEL INC. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

These terms should be read with the clinic’s Privacy Policy and Medical Information Disclaimer. External services linked from the website have their own terms and privacy practices. These website terms do not replace any separate booking, clinical consent, treatment, payment, or external-service terms that apply to a particular interaction or service.

General information and individual care

Website content provides general education about the practice and possible areas of care. It is not a diagnosis, prescription, treatment recommendation, or substitute for an appropriate assessment. Medical evidence, products, regulatory status, pricing, availability, and recommendations can change.

When a clinical relationship begins

Reading the website, sending an enquiry, or receiving an administrative reply does not by itself create a physician-patient relationship. A clinical relationship and its scope begin only through the clinic’s appropriate clinical process. A consultation may lead to treatment, a staged plan, another option, investigation, referral, or no treatment.

Website enquiries and privacy

The initial website form is for consultation requests and administrative follow-up. Do not use it to send a detailed medical history, intimate photographs, medication list, or an urgent medical concern. Submission does not guarantee an appointment, establish candidacy, or reserve treatment.

The clinic handles website information as described in the Privacy Policy. Email and internet communications carry inherent privacy and security risks and are not guaranteed to be immediate. Do not rely on the website or an electronic reply for an urgent concern. The clinic may direct sensitive information into an approved clinical or booking process.

Appointments and Jane

Appointments are booked through Jane, an external service with its own terms and privacy practices. To keep reserved complimentary filler video-consultation time, the required Jane intake form must be completed at least 24 hours before the appointment. If it is not received by then, the appointment cannot proceed and will be cancelled. Any late-cancellation or no-show fee is presented during the Jane booking process.

Pricing and treatment planning

Unless stated otherwise, published amounts are in Canadian dollars and subject to applicable tax. Filler volume ranges are planning examples rather than packages, prescriptions, or promised outcomes. A consultation confirms the product, proposed plan, inclusions, price, and applicable policies before a treatment decision.

Photographs and outcomes

Clinical photographs are shown only through an approved consent-based process. Photographs, treatment descriptions, and planning examples illustrate individual experiences and cannot predict another person’s candidacy, recovery, duration, or result. No outcome is guaranteed.

Clinical photographs are identified and presented as individual patient examples. Other editorial or atmospheric imagery is illustrative and is not evidence of a patient, procedure, clinic event, or treatment outcome.

External services and links

Links to Jane, Beautifi, professional directories, research, and other sites are provided for convenience or further information. Enhancement Institute does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, or privacy practices.

Beautifi is independent, and Enhancement Institute receives no referral fee or other compensation from Beautifi. A link does not imply endorsement unless the website states otherwise.

Intellectual property and trademarks

Visitors may view, link to, and use the website through ordinary browsers, search services, caching, and accessibility technology. Unless another owner is identified, website text, design, graphics, and clinic-created material may not otherwise be copied, republished, modified, distributed, or commercially reused without permission, except for quotation and other use allowed by law.

Product and service names may be trademarks of their respective owners. A term retained only within a legacy web address is a registered trademark; Enhancement Institute is not affiliated with or endorsed by that trademark and does not offer or market a treatment under that name.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to interfere with the website, bypass security or privacy controls, submit unlawful or misleading material, impersonate another person, introduce malicious code, scrape private material, or use the site in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

The clinic may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, its security, another person’s rights, or the clinic’s operations, or to respond to misuse of the website.

Website availability and responsibilities

The clinic aims to keep the website accurate, secure, and available but cannot promise uninterrupted access, freedom from errors, or that every item will remain current. To the extent permitted by applicable law, visitors use general website information at their own discretion.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right, remedy, duty, or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Location, governing law, and severability

Enhancement Institute is a Vancouver practice. Treatment and any required in-person assessment take place in Vancouver. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada, subject to any mandatory rights that apply where a user lives.

If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay or failure to enforce a provision does not waive that provision or another right.

Text messaging terms

If you separately opt in through the clinic’s approved booking, intake, or consent process, Enhancement Institute may send appointment reminders, scheduling assistance, requests for information, and other patient-coordination messages to the mobile number you provide. Consent to text messaging is not a condition of purchase or treatment. The website consultation-request form does not by itself enrol you in marketing texts.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out; the clinic may send one final confirmation that your request was received. Reply HELP for assistance or contact info@enhancement.institute or 778-800-1181. Optional promotional text messages, if offered, require separate express consent. Text-message terms do not replace any privacy, clinical, booking, or other consent that applies to your interaction with the clinic.
