Important to know

Girth enhancement, not surgical lengthening.

HA dermal filler adds volume to increase girth and change appearance. It does not physically lengthen the penis. Some people may notice a lower-hanging appearance when visible retraction is reduced, but this is not anatomical length.

  • No surgery. The procedure is performed under local anesthesia.
  • No pressure. Choosing no treatment is always valid.
  • Volume is planned around anatomy, tissue response, and goals.
Before-and-after photographs

Consented examples, shown with discretion.

These six consented examples show individual patients treated by Dr. Nel. They can help you discuss proportions and visible change, but they cannot predict your suitability, volume, or result.

Sensitive medical images. Viewing is limited to people 19 and older. Each photograph is blurred by default and must be deliberately revealed.

The photographs show individual examples, not promises. Appearance, volume, number of sessions, anatomy, timing, and tissue response vary. Dr. Nel can explain which comparisons are useful for your anatomy during consultation.

How much filler do I need?

Volume is planned around your anatomy, not a package.

You do not need to choose a final volume before consultation. Starting anatomy, tissue characteristics, goals, comfort with change, and tissue response all influence the plan.

6–9 ml

The initial treatment includes 6 ml. Additional volume may be discussed when appropriate.

9–12 ml

May be discussed when a fuller result is desired and additional volume is appropriate.

12–15 ml

A fuller result for carefully selected patients, with more individualized planning.

15 ml+

Not suitable for everyone. Larger volumes may be better approached in stages.

These are planning ranges, not package recommendations or guaranteed outcomes. The same volume can create different visible changes in different patients.

How volume is planned

The plan comes before the amount.

Package pricing can make more filler seem like better value. Dr. Nel instead plans volume around anatomy, goals, tissue response, and proportion. Larger amounts can increase the chance of unevenness, heaviness, or an unnatural look or feel.

Staged planning
Allows tissue response to be assessed before more volume is added
Product
Filler selection can affect integration, feel, and durability
Technique
Placement, shaping, symmetry, and medical judgement influence the result
Maintenance
Smaller amounts may be considered over time to help maintain the result
About the consultation

Meet with Dr. Nel before you decide.

Your complimentary video consultation is approximately 30–45 minutes and is held with Dr. Nel. You can review your goals, anatomy, realistic possibilities, suitable volume, off-label use, risks, recovery, total pricing, timing, travel, and support if a concern arises.

After booking, complete the online intake form at least 24 hours before the appointment so Dr. Nel has time to review it. The appointment is cancelled if the form is incomplete. Any late-cancellation or no-show terms are shown before you confirm the booking.

Pricing and planning FAQs

Questions before you book.

Does this treatment increase length?

No. HA dermal filler is intended to increase girth, not true anatomical length. Added volume may change visible retraction, but filler does not physically lengthen the penis.

Why not offer package discounts?

The pricing model separates the initial treatment from future incremental volume. This keeps the clinical decision focused on what is appropriate rather than how much filler a package includes.

Are all filler products the same?

No. Product selection, tissue integration, feel, durability, placement technique, and the physician's experience all matter when comparing treatment.

Do I pay the initial fee more than once?

No. The CA$3,900 initial treatment fee applies to the first treatment day. Later maintenance or additional filler is billed using the 3 ml or 1 ml incremental pricing.

Who decides how much filler I need?

Dr. Nel discusses a medically appropriate range with you after considering anatomy, tissue characteristics, goals, proportion, and whether staged treatment is preferable.

How long can the filler last?

Expected filler duration is one to two years or longer, with some variation based on internal and external factors. Maintenance with smaller amounts may help preserve the result. Details are discussed in depth during consultation.

What should I ask when comparing providers?

Ask about current medical registration, procedure-specific experience, the filler product, volume planning, complication management, aftercare, follow-up, and whether the physician is willing to recommend less treatment or no treatment.
